every once in a while im like “lmfao isnt england embarrassed to have a queen” but like the lawyer wig situation is honestly above and beyond that weirdness like what is that. do they make you guy your own wig. is it like harry potter where it chooses you. is it custom. do you go to a judge wig store. how come some wigs dont fit and look like shit

Wait judges wearing wigs isn’t a universal thing? (The monarchy is a shit show we know that). But your judges don’t wear wigs? How do you know they’re the judge then?

i love this question. you guys are alright sometimes. in america the judge wears robes and everyone else dresses like its sunday service

(via iveneverseenthesebowlsbefore)

will they wear wigs? when will they wear wigs?? PLEASE YOUR TAGS KILLED ME i now have to sent this whole thing to my sister because its an inside joke to us now

elon musk should kill himself elon musk needs to kill himself elon musk would make society as a whole better if he killed himself now

Sorry to break the theme of the blog but a lot of people who post their incredible works here use Twitter so

Reblogging this for a second time because your art will also be used in AI training models, apparently.

Artist pals, heads up

deepest of sighs

I would advise to take this post with caution. I’m not saying it’s necessarily false but I have several issues :

  • I checked twitter terms of service and couldn’t find any mention of the AI. Both in my native language and in english.
  • I tried to find the twitter account of the original poster (Christopher Rauch) and couldn’t find him (doesn’t mean this account doesn’t exist, just that it’s not easy to find).
  • Christopher Rauch account refers directly to Bluesky in his @, a social media trying to finds its place while Twitter is obviously in jeopardy.

I did find Najat however and if you read the answers to her tweets, you can see there isn’t a consensus about the information she shared.

  • And so on.

Now, I’m not saying this is false information. The reason I couldn’t find the mention about the AI maybe is due to the fact that I’m living in europe and that we have different terms of service. Or maybe it isn’t available yet and will be at the end of september.
Maybe Christopher Rauch does exists and that I just didn’t use my search engine proprely. I don’t know.

I’m not sure and I don’t have the time to make proper researches.

But I do remember people freaking out about terms of service of all social medias since social medias exists.

    -

    My point is :

    - Don’t believe everything you read, even on tumblr. Even when people you like and trust share posts like that. Everybody can make mistakes, be gullible for an instant, even people you hold dear. I’m sure a lot of people shared this post in guinine fear of their friend’s art being stolen.

    - If you want to leave twitter be my guest. I personally created a Mastodon account some times ago because I feel less and less comfortable on twitter. And because I dislike Musk and what he’s doing with twitter as much as most people (though I think wishing publicly for him to kill himself is kinda not the smartest move).

    - Be warry at times like this, when there is intense emotions linked to changes (i.e : Elon Musk buying twitter and making a lot of weird decisions with it, plus all the AI thing threatening almost all creators jobs), misinformations can spread like wildfire.

It’s a tough time folks, but let’s try to make desicions based on verified informations as much as possible. I think everybody will benefit from it.

also its apparently about ads and such and not about art but still fuck elon musk twitter
